Meditation for Physical Relaxation is a guided meditation where step by step, one body part at a time, you release tension that you have in your body. This is a very simple exercise and suits both those who are beginners and those who are used to meditating just as well. Children about 10 years old and older might also like this exercise.When you have worked your way through your whole body, you will be given time to rest for a little while to wonderfully relaxing music by the Australian composer Christopher Lloyd Clarke. Even though the title for this relaxation exercise is Meditation for Physical Relaxation, it can just as well be used to prevent or manage stress. The original version is ather short. It is 11 minutes long and perfect for your lunch break or to reboot after work. The extended edition is about 30 minutes.
